I own the artwork and I have the right to post it, use it in my portfolio, record its process as a speedpaint and share it, etc.

I have the right to decline your order for any reason.

You are free to use the artwork you ordered for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY (eg. print it for personal use, use it as a wallpaper, icon, etc., crediting me is appreciated). Price and distribution of art made for commercial purposes is subject to change.

You may repost the artwork as long as I am credited as the artist! I provide a watermarked version for this purpose. Of course, it is within your right to use and reupload the unwatermarked version too, but I would advise against doing that.

You can use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as:

Print the artwork for your own personal purposes or as a gift, to hang it on your wall.

You can post & upload the artwork online to your social media page or any of your websites, giving proper credit to me as the artist.

If you post it online: always post a small, low-resolution image online to avoid art theft. Never post the unwatermarked version to online spaces, again to avoid theft.

You may use the finished commission as a reference for further commission done by other artists.

Social media posting is okay, as long as the usage is personal and you do not use the artwork to promote something you, for example, intend to sell or publish.

Private use means you are paying for the work & time of the artist (me), but not for the commercial usage rights/license. The copyright of the artwork itself remains with the artist who painted the original artwork. You still own your own character design, but not the copyrights to the painting.

This means that YOU CAN’T: Sell or license the artwork, use it for promoting or advertising purposes (social media marketing, for example), re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork your own or gain monetary profit off of the artwork.

Semi-commercial, private use means you are paying for the work & time of the artist (me), and for a basic commercial usage rights/license.The copyright of the artwork itself remains with the artist who painted the original artwork. You still own your own character design, but also you can use the artwork in an online environment to help your personal project (examples would be as a profile pic on a business website or social media with such purpose, or as a banner in a website to promote your own writing/story) with proper credits to the original artist.

This means that YOU CAN’T: Sell or license the artwork, re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork your own.

If you want to include a commercial usage to your artwork, in the case of for example, character sheets, character concept art, or profile pic, an additional one-payment commercial fee should be paid, which would be 50% of the final price.

Via PayPal invoice, prices are in USD. No cryptocurrency accepted.

When I confirm your slot, I’ll send you a rough sketch first, and only AFTER you approved the basic concept is when I'll send you an invoice.

For orders above $100 USD you may request to pay me in two parts (50% upfront, 50% after the art is done, or any arrangement that fits you better), please let me know in time so we can discuss it!

On completed pieces, the first correction is free, beyond post procession every change will cost $25/correction. Please make sure you are giving clear and coherent instructions and descriptions. Let me know about anything that needs fixing at the revision stages and updates I send you, I want to deliver something you'll be satisfied with!

No refunds on finished artwork

You can cancel and get a refund on a commission if I haven't started to work on it yet, but after that canceling isn't possible.

Finishing the image can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3 months AFTER PAYMENT. Rendered illustrations can take longer, but I will keep you updated throughout the process.

If you need any artwork by a deadline, or you’d just like to rush your order, you can do so for an additional $50 fee. I won't take orders on deadline with a shorter than 7 days notice. Let me know in advance so I'll know to prioritize your order.

I will keep you updated as I work on your order and each time you will have the opportunity to ask me for changes at every stage, the only exception being the sketch, as it is much easier to edit to fit your final idea better. Please keep in mind that you get one free revision per stage once the cleanup process or lineart is started - so please, take your time and think about everything that might need changing in the earlier stages before further progress is made. If you require more revisions beyond the initial free revision, it will cost $25 per fix, same as it would on changing a completed piece.

You will receive a full resolution 300dpi JPG image of your order. You can request a transparent PNG for free of orders with a simple background. Additional PSD file is $10

Please use the form to submit your commission request via e-mail. It saves time for both you and me. The only time this can be ignored is when I take commissions through Google Forms, in which case the form is already included and ready for you to fill out.

If you're a supporter eligible for a discount, please mention it in your form (eg. in the additional info section) and leave a link to your profile, username, or send me a screenshot so I can confirm your discount when sending the invoice! As of July 2023, I am not responsible for refunding the discount you were entitled to if you forget to let me know your patron status ahead of time in the form you send.

If I am able to take on your request, I will get in touch with you, but unfortunately I cannot send personalized declination messages to everyone, similarly to when I was taking inquiries through Google Forms. If I don't get in touch with you within a few weeks (in or under 2 weeks except for when I am on breaks*), it likely means I cannot take your order at the moment. It goes without saying, but please do not take this personally, because it isn't! Sometimes I can take an extra order, sometimes I can't. What I may not be able to tackle now, I might be able to complete at a later date.

Regardless whether I respond or not, feel free to send multiple forms for different commissions requests if you'd like! If you have any questions regarding anything I didn't already address on this page, I'll do my best to answer them.

If I am taking a break (such as breaks related to health, holidays, family, etc.) you will hear about it both on my Twitter and on the Home page of this website. During breaks I will still receive your inquiries, but it will likely take longer to get back to you in case I can take you. Your patience is appreciated.
