Terms of Service
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Edits posterior to finished product are subject to a fee.
All Payments are in USD, through Ko-Fi commissions.
All artwork is transferred digitally.
I reserve the right to publish (or not) your commission in all my social media accounts.

I reverse the rights to reject any commission for private and personal reasons.
USAGE
You can use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as:
Print the artwork for your own personal purposes or as a gift, to hang it on your wall.
You can post & upload the artwork online to your social media page or any of your websites, giving proper credit to me as the artist.
If you post it online: always post a small, low-resolution image online to avoid art theft. Never post the unwatermarked version to online spaces, again to avoid theft.
You may use the finished commission as a reference for further commission done by other artists.
Social media posting is okay, as long as the usage is personal and you do not use the artwork to promote something you, for example, intend to sell or publish.
The use of the artwork in the following environment is absolutely FORBIDDEN: NFTs, Artificial Intelligence Software (AI), Crypto business, Print/Merchandise redistribution.
PAYMENT
Payments will only be accepted through Ko-Fi Commissions in USD: https://ko-fi.com/alexologyart/commissions
I require full payment before starting a commission.
If Ko-Fi is not an option for you, Paypal invoice will be used, through Discord communication, or any communication that is easier for you (Discord is encouraged).
Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal, due in 3 days. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.
Edits and corrections:
When the commission is paid, I will starts with the WIP and sketches, which will need to be accepted or corrected by the client. This will be out of charge, and through the whole process the client has the responsibility to point out any change they need.
Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
When the piece is complete, any minor change is $20 USD, while major changes will be discussed according to the difficulty of the task.
I have the rights to reject any changes that I find impossible or too difficult to make, especially when the piece had passed through previous revisions by the client.
Deadlines
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 3 weeks. I will provide an estimated time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time. Normal deadlines are as such:
Doodles & Sketches - 1 week
B&W and Coloring - 2 weeks
Rendered - 3 weeks to one month
NSFW - 1 month
Character Sheet and more complicated pieces - 2 to 3 months
Note that ANY deadline can change at any given moment, this due to physical or mental health, or other personal issues. You will be contacted if this happens.
